MINIMUM ORDER:  We have no minimum order.

PAYMENT POLICY:  We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.  You must provide the correct billing address and the three or four digit security code of your credit card before we will ship your order.  We will not send high value orders or large orders of precious metals to an address other than the billing address of your credit card.  You may be asked to send us clear and legible photocopies of your actual credit card and drivers license for high value orders if you are a new customer, especially for orders of precious metals and findings. 

Due to fraud concerns, we do not accept gift cards.

We do not accept any personal checks, business checks, money orders, or cashier's checks.

We will not accept large orders of fabricated precious metals from outside the United States.

TAXES:  Orders shipped to an address in the state of New Mexico are subject to sales tax unless we have a copy of your valid New Mexico non-taxable transaction certificate on file.

We do not collect sales or use taxes on shipments to states other than New Mexico.

International orders are subject to import fees, duties, customs, and other taxes when they arrive in the destination country.  Monsterslayer, Inc. is not responsible for these costs and cannot advise you on what they might be.

PRICES:  Prices are subject to change without notice. We cannot honor typographical errors or incorrectly marked items.

SPECIFICATIONS:  Specifications of materials are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING:  We pride ourselves on quick order turnaround (usually within 24 hours) so we cannot promise that add-ons or changes will be shipped with your order.

We are sorry if we make a mistake, are unable to fulfill, or omit anything in your order.  However, we will not pay for express shipping to correct or make up for any mistakes we make in this regard.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED US GLOBAL EXPRESS ONLY.

BACKORDERS:  Because many of our products are imported from overseas or have long production lead-times, we cannot accept backorders.

RETURNS:  If your order is damaged in transit to you, we require that you notify us not later than 10 days after receipt of the merchandise to establish a claim.

You must notify us within 15 days if you wish to return an item for other reasons.  Due to our constantly revolving inventory, no returns will be honored past this deadline.

No partial strands or opened packages of beads will be accepted for return.

You must contact us for permission to return tools or equipment.  We will not accept or give credit for used tools or equipment unless defective.  Final determination of whether an item is defective rests with the manufacturer.

All returns must be well packed and in original condition.  We will not pay for return shipping unless there was an error on our part.

All returned cut-to-order precious metals are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless there was an error on our part.  Precious metal returns will be credited at the market price in effect when we receive the return unless the return is a result of an error on our part.

If you are requesting a replacement product for a return, we will only pay for shipping if the return is due to an error on our part.  We will not pay for express shipping in any event.  If the return is a result of an error on your part (such as ordering the wrong product), you will be charged for shipping on the replacement.
